Why we need your Help
One of the roles of the WGO is to assist in ensuring that everyone in the world has access to clear, accurate knowledge about the health issues which affect them. We do this through public awareness and educational programs conducted by our national societies in both developed and developing low-resource countries. The need for both knowledge about health issues and the resources to achieve it are greatest in the latter.
Epidemiology
The World Health Organisation highlights colorectal and stomach cancers as well as diarrhea in its prediction for the 10 leading causes of death in 2015 (by income group).
